Why Choose Tesla Solar Panels

Unique Design

The Tesla Solar Roof is unique in how it generates clean energy without compromising the aesthetics of your home. Constructed with a combination of glass solar tiles, glass roofing tiles and architectural-grade steel tiles, each tile seamlessly fits together creating an watertight roof.

Generous Warranty

Your Tesla Solar Roof is built to last and withstand the intense Australian climate. With a 25 year warranty, you expect your Roof to be free of any damage and defects as well as operating at least 95% Rated Peak Power.

Scalable System

You can choose the size of your Tesla Solar Roof to accommodate the energy needs of your home as well as your roof size.

A small installation is estimated to produce an average of 13-18 kWh per day

A medium installation is estimated to produce an average of 26-36 kWh per day

A large installation is estimated to produce an average of 38-55 kWh per day

About Tesla Solar Roof

The Tesla Solar Roof is different to conventional solar panels as they replace your traditional terracotta or concrete roof tiles and are made of three separate layers. These layers are the solar cell covered by the film disguising the traditional solar panel appearance. This is then covered by tempered glass to protect your solar tiles from the elements.

The Tesla Solar Roof also has the advantage of enabling you to remotely control and monitor it via the Tesla App. You can track energy usage and generation, use a time based control to maximise efficiency and even stay abreast of weather changes which may affect generation through Storm Watch.

Installing the Powerwall Tesla Battery means you can save the electricity generated by your Roof and power your home even when the sun isn’t shining. This is also ideal if you have an electric car you need to charge.
